By enrolling in The Private Medical Practice Academy Membership, I agree that my amount for today is $699 (applied to the monthly tuition). I will then be charged $699/month for every 30 days for six months for a total of $4194.  I understand that I may cancel within the first 14 days of my initial purchase by emailing [email protected]. After the initial 14 day period, this purchase is non-refundable and I will be billed monthly for 6 months for a total of $4194. In the end, my membership will auto-renew unless I cancel it. I will receive notice 30 days prior to the renewal date. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I acknowledge that there are NO cancellations or refunds regardless of use or participation, NO exceptions after the initial 14-day initial period.
